Dudley C. Reynolds
President and COO

Dudley Reynolds has been employed by the Company in various capacities since 1980. He was named to his current position of President and Chief Operating Officer of Alabama Gas Corporation in 2003. Prior to joining Energen and Alabama Gas, he worked with the law firm of Rutledge, Williams, Williams and Norton in Anniston and Birmingham, Alabama. He is a member of the American and Southern Gas Associations and the Alabama, Georgia, American, Birmingham and Federal Energy Bar Associations. He is a member of the Metropolitan Development Board and United Way of Central Alabama. Dudley is a graduate of Furman University and the University of Georgia School of Law.
