J. David Woodruff
Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary Energen and all Subsidiaries

David Woodruff has held various positions in the Company’s legal department since 1986. He was named General Counsel and Secretary of Energen and each of its subsidiaries in 2003. From 1995 to 2010 he also served as Energen’s Vice President - Corporate Development. David is a member of the Alabama and Florida Bar Associations and is a Florida certified public accountant. He is a member of the board of directors of the Birmingham Metro YMCA and is a former member and past president of the Vestavia Hills Board of Education. David is a graduate of University of North Carolina and University of Virginia School of Law.
