Doug Marshall Named Alagasco Vice President and Controller

Doug Marshall has been named Vice President and Controller of Alagasco effective January 1. Formerly Director – Finance at Alagasco, Marshall will oversee the financial and accounting function of the Company.
Marshall joined Energen, Alagasco’s parent company, in 1988. He held the position as Director of Tax for Energen from 1996 to 2006. He is a native of Meridian Mississippi and a graduate of the University of West Florida.
Alagasco, the largest distributor of natural gas in Alabama, serves 450,000 customers.
