William K. Bibb
Bill Bibb has been employed by Energen, Alagasco's parent company, in various capacities since 1976. He was named to his current position of Vice President - Human Resources of Energen and its subsidiaries in 2007. He formerly served as Senior Vice President - Operations of Alagasco. He is a member of the American and Southern Gas Associations and a member of the Board of Directors of St. Vincent's Health System. He is also a member of the Executive Board of the Greater Alabama Council, Boy Scouts of America. Bill is a graduate of the University of Alabama.

Steven R. Chapman
Steve Chapman has been employed by the Company in various capacities since 1982. He was named to his current position of Vice President - Technical Services in 2009. He is a member of Southern Gas Association, Alabama Natural Gas Association, Business Council of Alabama and the Economic Development Association of Alabama. Steve is a graduate of Auburn University.

Joe E. (Rusty) Cook
Rusty Cook has been employed by Energen, Alagasco's parent company, in various capacities since 1980. He was named Assistant Secretary of Energen and its subsidiaries in 2006. He also serves as Vice President - Legal and Land for Energen Resources. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Birmingham Bar Association, Alabama State Bar, Association of Corporate Counsel, Tarrant-Pinson Valley Rotary Club, Board of Directors - Alabama Sports Festival, Legal Committee - New Mexico Oil and Gas Association, Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation, Independent Petroleum Association of America and Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission - Legal and Regulatory Affairs Committee. Rusty is a graduate of the University of Alabama and Birmingham School of Law.

Doug Marshall
Doug Marshall has been employed by the Company in various capacities since 1988. He was named to his current position of Vice President and Controller in 2009. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also on the Board of Directors for The Hope Foundation. He is a graduate of the University of West Florida.

James T. McManus, II
James McManus is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Energen Corporation and all its subsidiaries. He has been employed with the company since 1986 and held numerous senior-level positions with the Company. Prior to joining Energen, he worked with Price Waterhouse Coopers.
McManus is active in a number of professional organizations. He is a member of the National Petroleum Council (NPC); member of the board and past executive committee member of the American Exploration Production Council (AXPC); director of the Gas Technology Institute (GTI); director of the American Gas Association (AGA); director of the American Natural Gas Alliance (ANGA); director of the U.S. Oil and Gas Association; and past director of the Independent Producers Association of America (IPAA).
In the community, McManus serves on the boards of the Business Council of Alabama (BCA), Economic Development Partnership of Alabama (EDPA), and Alabama Council – Boy Scouts of America. He is president of the Public Affairs Research Council of Alabama (PARCA) and chair of the executive committee. He is a member of The University of Alabama President’s Cabinet and the Board of Visitors of The University of Alabama Business Schools. McManus also is a member of the Investment Committee of the Community Foundation of Greater Birmingham.
A Certified Public Accountant, McManus earned a B.S. in Accounting at The University of Alabama.

Charles W. (Chuck) Porter, Jr.
Chuck Porter has been employed by Energen, Alagasco's parent company, in various capacities since 1989. He was named to his current position of Vice President, CFO and Treasurer in 2007. He formerly served as Vice President of Finance for Energen Resources. Prior to joining Energen Resources Corporation, he worked with Arthur Andersen & Company in Birmingham. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the AICPA. Chuck is a graduate of Auburn University.

Dudley C. Reynolds
Dudley Reynolds has been employed by the Company in various capacities since 1980. He was named to his current position of President and Chief Operating Officer of Alabama Gas Corporation in 2003. Prior to joining Energen and Alabama Gas, he worked with the law firm of Rutledge, Williams, Williams and Norton in Anniston and Birmingham, Alabama. He is a member of the American and Southern Gas Associations and the Alabama, Georgia, American, Birmingham and Federal Energy Bar Associations. He is a member of the Metropolitan Development Board and United Way of Central Alabama. Dudley is a graduate of Furman University and the University of Georgia School of Law.

Kenneth A. Smith
Ken Smith has been employed by the Company in various capacities since 1981. He was named to his current position of Vice President - Operations in 2007. Amy Watson Stewart
Amy Watson Stewart has been employed by the Company in various capacities since 1985. She was named to her current position of Vice President - Rates and Gas Supply in 2009. Prior to joining Alabama Gas, she was General Counsel for the Governor’s Public Staff for Utility Consumer Protection in Montgomery, Alabama. Amy is the former president of the Southeastern Gas Association and has served on the board of directors and nominating committee of the Girl Scouts of Cahaba Council. She was a member of the inaugural class of the Momentum Womens Leadership Program and currently is a marathon coach for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Team in Training Program. Amy is a member of the American, Georgia, Alabama and Birmingham Bar Associations. She is a graduate of Auburn University and the University of Georgia School of Law.

Brunson White
Brunson White has been employed by the Company in various capacities since 1980. He was named Senior Vice President Marketing in 2009. He has served on the boards of numerous professional and civic organizations. He is currently the immediate past chair of the Arthritis Foundation and is on the Executive Committee and Board for the Greater Alabama Council of the Boy Scouts of America. Mr. White is a director for National Security Insurance Group (NASDAQ:NSEC). He is a graduate of the University of Alabama.

David Woodruff has been employed by Energen, Alagasco's parent company, in various capacities since 1986. He was named to his current position of General Counsel and Secretary of Energen and its subsidiaries in 2003. He has also served as Vice President – Corporate Development of Energen since 1995. He is a member of the Alabama and Florida Bar Associations and is a Florida certified public accountant. He is a member of the boards of directors of the Birmingham Metro YMCA and the Alabama Region National Conference for Community and Justice. He is a former member and past president of the Vestavia Hills Board of Education. He is a graduate of University of North Carolina and University of Virginia School of Law.
