Ways to Pay

Alagasco strives to make the payment process simple and easy for everyone. Whether you prefer to pay your bills online or by mail, there’s a payment option for you.

We offer the following options for payment:

Use our payment plan that spreads your gas costs throughout the year. The amount you pay is calculated each month so you receive the greatest benefit with AMB when you stay on the plan year round. To continue using this payment option, you must pay the AMB amount in full each month. When AMB is discontinued, any balance on the account is due at that time. Find out if you qualify for AMB or payment arrangements by logging into My Account.

Pay your gas bill every month without the chore of writing a check and mailing your bill. AutoPay ensures your Alagasco bill is paid on time.

  • To sign up for AutoPay, go to My Account and register.
  • Provide your bank or credit card information to enroll.
  • Any past due amount will be deducted from your bank account or charged to your credit card after enrollment is complete.
  • You will continue to receive a statement that shows your gas usage, the bill amount and when your payment will be deducted from your bank account.
  • Log in to My Account to make changes after enrolling.

Call 1-800-292-4008 to use our automated system to make a credit card, debit card or electronic check payment.

Pay your bill in person if that method works best for you. We’ve contracted with merchants in your community to provide bill payment services. Our authorized payment agents have extended business hours and are conveniently located in grocery stores, convenience stores, drugstores, and other businesses.

If your account qualifies, payment arrangements can be made online through My Account or by calling Alagasco's automated system at 1-800-292-4008. Accounts currently enrolled in Average Monthly Billing are not eligible for additional payment arrangements.

My Account lets you pay your bill, sign up for AutoPay, enroll in paperless billing, make payment arrangements, view bill and payment history and usage history all from the convenience of your computer. 

  • Visit Alagasco.com and click the My Account button at the top left of the page.
  • Log in to My Account, or register for a My Account user id.
